1-Minute Noodles

A quick and easy cold noodle dish for even the busiest of days.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of chinese black vinegar120 mL of chinese black vinegar
  • ¼ cup of high grade sesame oil60 mL of high grade sesame oil
  • ¼ cup of soy sauce60 mL of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 ⅔ lb of fresh noodles720 g of fresh noodles
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic
  • 2 tablespoon of scallion
  • 1 tablespoon of chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the black vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sugar. Set aside.
  2. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain. Place the noodles in the bowl with the sauce and toss to coat.
  3. Garnish with the garlic, scallions, chili oil, and sesame seeds.
  4. Enjoy!
