Masala Fries

Spice up your life with these mouthwatering Masala Fries, bursting with bold flavors and a hint of heat. Perfect for sharing, these crispy delights will have everyone reaching for seconds!

Ingredients

  • 15 oz of frozen fry400 g of frozen fry
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste
  • ½ of onion
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ tablespoon of lemon
  • ½ cup of tomato100 g of tomato
  • 0 of natural yogurt
  • 0 of fresh coriander

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Spread out the fries on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. While the fries are baking, prepare the masala.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the oil and butter.
  5. Stir in the ginger garlic paste and fry for a couple of minutes.
  6. Add the onion and fry for a few minutes until soft.
  7. Sprinkle in the chili powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and lemon juice and stir continuously for another minute.
  8. Pour in the chopped tomatoes and fry for several more minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
  9. Add the fries to the pan and stir until evenly coated.
  10. Drizzle some yogurt on top and garnish with fresh coriander.
  11. Enjoy!
