Ingredients

• 1 cup of salted butter230 g of salted butter
• ½ cup of sugar100 g of sugar
• 1 ½ cup of brown sugar300 g of brown sugar
• 2 of egg
• 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1 ½ teaspoon of baking powder
• ½ teaspoon of coarse sea salt
• 2 ¾ cup of all purpose flour340 g of all purpose flour
• 1 ½ cup of semi sweet chocolate chips260 g of semi sweet chocolate chips
• 1 of milky way candy bar

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 360°F..
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy (approximately 3 minutes at medium-high speed).
4. Add the vanilla and two eggs, and beat for an additional 2 minutes at medium speed.
5. Sift in the baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, and flour and mix until fully incorporated.
6. Add in the Milky Way chunks and the chocolate chips. Stir until well distributed (the batter should be somewhat thick).
7. Chill the dough for 15-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
8. Use a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop to scoop dough onto the lined cookie sheet.
9. Bake for 9 - 11 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown.
10. Remove from the heat and allow the cookies to remain on the cookie sheet for an additional 5 minutes.
