Tomato Mozzarella Cucumber Sub

This vegetarian sub sandwich is bursting with fresh flavors! With sliced tomatoes, creamy mozzarella cheese, and crunchy cucumber, this sandwich is both healthy and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 4 of cucumber
  • 60 g of pesto¼ cup of pesto
  • 20 piece of mini mozzarella ball
  • 2 of tomato

Instructions

  1. Use a vegetable peeler to peel the cucumbers.
  2. On a cutting board, cut and discard the ends. Then cut the cucumbers in half. Scoop out the seeds and discard.
  3. Spread the pesto on both sides of the prepared cucumber.
  4. Fill one side of the cucumber with mozzarella and the other with tomatoes, and close the sandwich.
  5. Enjoy!
