Ingredients
½ cup of apricot jam120 mL of apricot jam
2 tablespoon of tajin seasoning
2 tablespoon of lime juice
Instructions
Make the spicy jam: In a small bowl, mix together the apricot jam, tajín seasoning, and lime juice.
Make the mango sangria: Add the chopped mango, Stella Rosa® Tropical Mango Wine, Stella Rosa® Tropical Passion Brandy, mango nectar, chili powder, and lime juice to the pitcher and stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
When ready to serve, coat the rims of wine glasses with some of the spicy jam, then spoon more jam into the bottom of the glasses. Pour in the sangria and garnish with tajín-sprinkled mango wedges and sprigs of fresh basil.
