28 oz of canned diced tomatoes800 g of canned diced tomatoes
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over high heat. Once hot, add a drizzle of oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Add the ground turkey and break apart with a spatula. Add the taco seasoning, salt, and pepper and stir, cooking until the meat has browned and is fully cooked through.
Stir in the tomatoes. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, then remove from the heat.
Scoop the turkey mixture into tortillas and top with shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and sliced avocado.
